Our Chef brings to Rotorua and to New Zealand his culinary philosophy of combining fresh products, creatively prepared and presented, with attention to and respect of local New Zealand produce and inspiration from local delicacies together with the latest cooking techniques and an originality shaped by his modern Europeen cuisine heritage.
