RESERVATION POLICY

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your hotel reservation to be made either by bank transfer or credit card details with expiry date and security code* (Credit card details required in any case). All accommodation reservation requests are subject to confirmation after payment is received.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services GST of 15.0%

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation after booking at the hotel: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

- The credit card details you give Hamurana Lodge Boutique Hotel Accommodation for your deposit and guarantee of your accommodation or your group's accommodation may be used for charges/fees incurred due to cancellation and/or charges/fees not paid for at checkout.

- If you have any change to your plans please inform Hamurana Lodge Boutique Hotel Accommodation in writing, as early as possible. The cancellation policy is detailed above and will be applied

- Guests are liable for all damages and breakages and these are charged to you at checkout or invoiced for payment.

- Please be aware it is travel agency's responsibility to advise their client of the cancellation policy.

- The credit card details, used for a deposit and guarantee of accommodation, at Hamurana Lodge Boutique Hotel Accommodation, are not forwarded to any other supplier for payment of any goods/services/tours/ travel booking/car rentals

- No refunds are transferred to any credit card other than the original credit card provided for the guarantee or payment.

The above terms and conditions apply to hotel room bookings only. Specific terms and conditions apply to Wedding, Conference and other Events, which are available upon requests.
