RESERVATION POLICY

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation to be made either by bank transfer or credit card details with expiry date and security code* (Credit card details required in any case). All reservation requests are subject to confirmation after payment is received.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services GST of 12.5%

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation after booking: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

*CREDIT CARD ADDITIONAL POLICIES

- The credit card details you give Hamurana Lodge for your deposit and guarantee of your accommodation or your group's accommodation may be used for charges/fees incurred due to cancellation and/or charges/fees not paid for at checkout.

- If you have any change to your plans please inform Hamurana Lodge in writing, as early as possible. The cancellation policy is detailed above and will be applied

- Guests are liable for all damages and breakages and these are charged to you at checkout or invoiced for payment.

- Please be aware it is travel agency's responsibility to advise their client of the cancellation policy.

- The credit card details, used for a deposit and guarantee of accommodation, at Hamurana Lodge, are not forwarded to any other supplier for payment of any goods/services/tours/ travel booking/car rentals

- No refunds are transferred to any credit card other than the original credit card provided for the guarantee or payment.
