Experienced Hamurana Lodge support is on site to promptly respond to every need. Hamurana Lodge is the venue of choice for groups of up to 50 people indoor. Its approximatly 133 square meter (1,380 square feet) of banquet and meeting space combines the massive outdoor area and the tranquillity of a luxurious Lodge with exemplary service and the most up-to-date communications and audiovisual technology.

Located in the main building, the Lodge's fully equipped meeting rooms offer flexibility for board meetings, seminars and conferences. All are equipped with technological support such as high-speed Internet access. To ensure that every event is perfectly coordinated and expertly executed, experienced Hamurana Lodge support is on-site around the clock.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

All meeting spaces at the Lodge are fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements, with advanced lighting, staging capabilities, telecommunications, electrical hook ups and wired or wireless Internet access in meeting rooms.

MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT

Our team of conference and banqueting specialists can arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of your function or event. From classical and jazz to French or traditional Maori, we will be able to meet your needs.

RECEIVING AND MAINTENANCE

Special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment should be made through the Conference Services Manager. The Engineer is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
