LIGHT SUPPER PLATTER
The dining concept of Hamurana Lodge is casual while elegant, offering our guests a taste of New Zealand’s many wonderful products. The host team crafts on a daily basis using their contacts of organic farmers, local producers and regional companies, a delightful light supper platter which guests can enjoy either al Fresco on our balconies or in our extensive gardens over the summer with Award Winning NZ wines. The platters can also be enjoyed in our dining rooms, one of our many lounges or in the privacy of your own suite. Recent products we have showcased include smoked New Zealand salmon, NZ Gold medal winning cheeses, homemade chutneys and a variety of locally made breads. Pure indulgence while giving our guests some relaxing time in house during their tour of New Zealand. The lodge has also created over the years some affiliation with Rotorua’s fine dining and other awesome restaurants and the host team will be delighted to make suggestions and arrangements for in city dining options.
